The room was tastefully decorated, clean and comfortable with all amenities required. Nice touches include a hairdryer and ironing board and good quality electrical appliances. Location is great, walk to Manuka for a great selection of eating places. Quiet and peaceful with on site parking right outside your door. Good service. Good quality takeaway meals are available if you too tired to venture out. Loads of info on Canberra and what's on. Very pleasant stay and I will be coming back.

I travelled with a group of seniors, 28 of us in total. The staff looked after us beautifully from the time we booked until we departed. The rooms are very clean and tidy and have all the required amenities. The location of the hotel is excellent - close to everything and in walking distance from many local attractions. The hotel arranged a hot breakfast for our group which was outstanding. We will definitely come back next time we undertake this tour.

Six of us rented two apartments for a sailing State Championship regatta in early December. The two adjoining, ground level, two bedroom apartments were perfect for our three night, weekend stay. We had BBQs under cover outside in the beautiful courtyard using the very well equipped facilities. The apartments had been stylishly modernized with quality fixtures, appliances and comfortable furniture. I would highly recommend these very centrally located apartments to any group such as ours wanting to stay in Canberra!

Worst hotel room I've ever experienced. Apparently it was an upgrade and newly renovated room. The shower was large, but the toilet area was that squished, no room to wipe. The matress was putrid. Ive slept on better beds at cheap highway motor inns. Uncomfortable seats to sit on. No disable access, had to use stairs, which with a lot of metal in back and screws in foot, was very difficult, when carrying bag. This place has a restaurant, but it's not open for breakfast. Avoid.

Room 5 stars, an easy decision! We loved staying in this apartment and it was great value, clean and peaceful next to the tennis courts. The only blip was a misunderstanding with reception but didn't tarnish the stay. Oh and the broad band was excellent..

The dirtiest room I’ve ever seen. Cupboards are falling off hinges, dead flies/bugs (including in the bed), dirty utensils, grotty oven trays, broken shower floor/tiles (I wore thongs)… The list goes on. …

The room are tidy and clean. However set you expectation to a motel rather than hotel. It looks nothing like the photos here. Location is not too bad from tourist spot. There is a shopping area about three blocks away about 10 min walk where there are plenty of restaurants.

I really enjoyed my stay here! From the outside it doesn’t look like too much, but the rooms were cozy and perfectly sized for the price. Lots of ways to keep warm- heat pump, blankets, and electric blanket! The shower was great, good sized TV, comfy bed. Loved it!
